Phone magnet for your target boards
By using the customer service magnet, in the shape of a phone, you can visualise what the performances of a customer service centre or customer care centre are.
On the customer service magnet service, a KPI can be indicated (for instance the % of complaints or the number of calls handled). If the measured customer service KPI is better than the target, a green magnet is used. If the measured customer service KPI is worse than the target, a red magnet is used.
The magnet measures 10 cm x 10 cm and is finished with a writable layer. Therefore one can write the measured KPI’s on the magnet with a whiteboard marker. The magnet can be applied to a team board or an improvement board of a call centre or customer care centre. The magnet is 0.8 mm thick and has a strong magnetic force.
